This set of healing crystal tumble stones assists in balancing each of the seven body's energy centres or CHAKRA points, to promote physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Each crystal included in this pack is believed to benefit the relevant chakra. During meditation each crystal stone can be placed on the relevant chakra to enhance energy balance and overall well-being. The stones in their drawstring bag can also be carried in a pocket or handbag during the day for continuous energy alignment.
